The nature of our business allows our stylists, nail techs, and estheticians an income opportunity when they are working on a guest. A “no show “ or “last minute cancellation” greatly affects their income due to the inability to book another guest in that appointment time. We require a 48 - hour courtesy cancellation or reschedule. In the event of a “no show” or a “48 - hour notice is not given, we will charge the guest account 100% total cost of the scheduled service. This amount must be paid and a credit card placed on file, before reserving any future appointments.
